Santana tandem child conversion kit.  125mm. Miche cranks, chain ring, BB holder/clamp, BB, adapter ring and chain are included in the kit.

Very nicely crafted BB holder/clamp, made of aluminum billet, black anodized.  It clamps on to the stoker seat tube with four allen bolts.  The BB holder/clamp uses a nylon insert that goes over the stoker seat tube and protects the paint (most other holder/clamps are made of steel and clamp directly onto the seat tube and inevitably ruin the paint).

The BB is an adjustable, sealed bearing unit.  The Miche cranks are very nice quality, and the crank arm length, at 125mm, is perfect for kids.

This kit has less than 100 miles on it and is in excellent condition.
